Yoga is a full body exercise for you mind and body. The effects will leave you feeling relaxed and centered.

We have Yoga classes for beginners and more experienced students.

Hatha Yoga asanas, movement, relaxation and respiration

A session lasts approx. 90 minutes and the goal we set is to get improvement of our physical as well as psychological states entering in harmony with mother earth and finding our inner balance, something rather important for all of us practicing a sport such as kite or surf, but also a help to get back in contact with our own lives.

In our Yoga sessions we combine the natural rhythm of our respiration with body movements, systematically stretching out each and every muscle of our body as well therefore also improving the rotation of our joints.
This way we can create inner balance in order to achieve harmony and inner peace in our lives.

The spiritual conscience is so much more than just the mere understanding of how things work and adapting to it. It is our innermost understanding and sensing of our bodies reactions and our conscience of the same, getting in touch with all that is around us ,all the reactions that follow an action and being in touch with ourselves, we are also in touch with the whole universe, without losing time, analyzing things, but rather acting in accordance with the laws of life and the elements around us-earth wind fire and air.
The philosophy of yoga is very simple: Set yourself a goal. Every day get an inch closer to it,.. so in two days you’re 2 inches closer and in ten days, ten inches…
